We were tasked to redesign the UMSL library website based upon the issues you observe from your assigned user. After our extensive research of the UMSL library website, we came to the conclusion that users often get lost and confused. I was assigned the user Ryan, and I was able to pinpoint several pain points to address in my re-design. My re-design is more friendly and eliminates all confusion.
